We're currently seeking a Full-Time Remote New Accounts Data Entry Technician (Coder) to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Pharmacy Technician who thrives in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment and enjoys working collaboratively to support new facility onboarding.
Candidates must reside and be eligible to work in Ohio, Kentucky, Illinois, or Virginia.
New Accounts Data Entry Technician Responsibilities:
- Accurately enter patient medication orders from provided new facility "trash runs."
- Review and verify patient information for completeness and accuracy.
- Run and maintain double faxes throughout the facility transition timeline.
- Assist other SpecialtyRx locations with daily workload during downtime.
- Maintain accurate patient records within the pharmacy operating system.
- Collaborate with pharmacists and internal teams to ensure timely and accurate onboarding of new facilities.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the Supervisor.
Schedule:
- Full-Time
- Remote
- Monday–Friday
Qualifications:
- Experienced Pharmacy Technician required.
- Long-Term Care pharmacy experience preferred.
- Knowledge of FrameworkLTC or other EMR/pharmacy operating systems preferred.
- Previous hospital, retail, or specialty pharmacy experience preferred.
- Strong computer and data entry skills.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.
